Important: Possible bank charges (for transfers from outside the EURO zone) should be added to the total fee.

Please note that if your payment comes from your institutional account, we need the full address of your institution and its VAT number.  Send this information in an e-mail to (if applicable).


The paypal form is accessible after you fill in and submit the following form. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify the online form. The required information can be translated as follows:

  • name of your institution
  • title (Mr / Mrs / other)
  • first name
  • last name
  • email address
  • ignore the two “Matricule” lines
  • whether you are subject to VAT (tick box)
  • whether you request an invoice (tick box) (for VAT only)*

*Every registered participant will receive a receipt for the fee. Only those submitted to VAT need to request an invoice.

When you click on “Soumettre”, you should be directed to the Paypal form.

On-site cash:

On-site payment will only be accepted in Euro.

  • Other participants: 140€

Conference dinner: 50€
